Features:

1.Excellent filtering guarantee

Equipped with H13/H14 high-efficiency filters, the filtration efficiency for 0.3 μ m particles is ≥ 99.95%/99.995% (EN 1822 standard), which is the fundamental guarantee for achieving cleanliness levels from ISO 5 (Class 100) to ISO 8 (Class 100000).

2. Uniform and stable airflow

Using scientifically calculated static pressure box and uniform flow design (combined with high-quality damping layer or specially designed diffuser plate), ensure that the deviation of wind speed uniformity on the outlet surface is ≤ 15%, effectively avoiding airflow eddies and dead corners in the clean room.

3. Robust and reliable sealing

The box of Terminal HEPA Module is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with a sturdy structure; Anti aging elastic gaskets or liquid sealants are used at key sealing points to ensure zero leakage between the filter and the box, as well as between the equipment and the ceiling, and to prevent short circuits caused by polluted air.

4. Flexible and friendly installation and maintenance

Cleanroom Ceiling Filter Module HEPA Filter Box provides two mainstream air duct interface methods, top connection and side connection, and support non-standard customization. The filter element can be quickly and safely replaced in the clean room without the need for special tools, minimizing downtime.

Process design features:
 

1.    Material system optimized for high-temperature applications:

Filter material: High-temperature resistant glass fiber filter paper, which does not become brittle or pulverized under prolonged high temperature.

Structure: The design with separator provides the most reliable rigid support for the filter material, effectively resists thermal stress and prevents the collapse of filter folds, which is difficult to guarantee in the mini pleat design at 250℃.

Sealing: Utilizes silicone material resistant to temperatures above 250°C, ensuring zero leakage.    Conventional adhesives crack and evaporate at high temperatures, causing leaks and contamination.

2.    Core Process — Preheating Treatment:

Each 250℃ filter undergoes a rigorous stepwise heating pretreatment (progressively reaching 100℃,150℃,200℃ and 250℃ with constant temperature) before leaving the factory. This process thoroughly releases internal material stresses and volatile substances, ensuring High-Temperature High-Efficiency Filter is ready-to-use and safe.

3.    Rigorous quality control and testing:

Perform 'per-unit efficiency and leak detection' (e.g., MPPS method) to ensure 100% compliance with efficiency and sealing standards for each filter unit
